I’m in love with this wedding from the end of June at Fairview Gardens in Reno. It may be because the bride just happens to be a friend of mine from high school. It might be because I got to photograph at a new venue, Fairview Gardens, which is a photographers dream. It could be because of all the details I enjoyed photographing. Those countless hours spent on making a wedding day your own. These were all reasons why I fell in love with this wedding and enjoyed photographing it so much. However, I think what is really special is to photograph the wedding of a friend and not only witness but document the love they have for someone and the love they are given in return. To see someone you know that is so happy, loved, and cared for makes my heart full! Congratulations Tina and Alec! I’m so happy for you both and hope you’ll cherish these photographs of the day that the two of you became one.

The grounds at Fairview Gardens are gorgeous. There are so many places to take pictures, the hardest part of my day was narrowing down where we should take them!
We got rained on during and after the ceremony. The clouds made for an awesome sky!
Details, details, and more details. Tina should be an event planner, but she left the coordination up to Allyson Bolton at Candlelight and Roses.
I loved these centerpieces from Candlelight and Roses with the peaches at each place setting.
Nobody went home on an empty stomach. Yum!

Revelry Entertainment did such an awesome job. I especially loved the dance-off between the groomsmen and the bridesmaids. Guests were on the dance floor all night long!
