I just photographed these newborn pictures of Briar earlier in the week. She was a tiny little thing-only about six pounds! This is the first newborn session I have ever photographed using artificial lighting instead of natural light. It was such a gloomy day, I didn’t have another option and was worried that the flash would wake her up…but it didn’t! 🙂 She slept for most of the photo shoot, and we even got some pictures with her eyes open.
