Nathan and Jacqueline’s wedding was at Galena Creek in Reno. It is such a great location for portraits. The tall evergreen trees with aspen mixed in is a photographer’s dream. However, the love between these two outshined the beautiful location. I’m not sure I’ve ever met a couple who looked after one another with such an outpouring of love and care as I witnessed while photographing these two at Galena Creek. I’m not the only one who thought so-almost every speech given spoke to the fact that these two are a prime example on how to love and care for another person. Their love is truly inspiring and I’m so glad I got to be the one to document this love story.
We started the day off with a First Sight between Nathan and Jacqueline prior to the ceremony at Galena Creek . . .

The ceremony was beautiful. Even my assistant admitted to tearing up during the vows.
HUGE wedding party! Nathan and Jacqueline were so great, it was easy to see why they have so many friends that were a part of their day.
Nathan and Jacqueline had given me the okay to pull them away from the reception at any time to take portraits when the light was looking really good at Galena Creek. I’m so glad they did! We took a few more portraits after the ceremony of the two of them as the sun got lower in the sky.
