Jon and Kiki came all the way from Indiana and Colorado to get married at the Hyatt in Incline Village at Lake Tahoe. These two first met back in 2002, but their love story really began when they were reunited a year and a half ago and have been together ever sense. I loved getting to photograph their day, with their family and friends present to celebrate the two of them becoming one. What a great day it was. Here are some favorite photos from their Lake Tahoe wedding at the Hyatt . . .
We started the day off take pictures of Kiki getting ready at the Hyatt in Incline Village. I absolutely adored her dress she got in Denver . . .
Taking pictures of the bride and wedding party getting ready are some of my favorite moments of the day. I loved this exchange between Kiki and her mom as well as her mom and sister helping her get her dress on . . .
As soon as Kiki was in her dress, we took a few quick portraits in the hotel room at the Hyatt before she headed down to see her groom!
Jon and Kiki decided to do a First Sight prior to the ceremony and take a few portraits . . .
The flowers by A Bud and Beyond were gorgeous for the wedding ceremony on the Cottage Green at the Hyatt . . .
How amazing is the back of Kiki’s wedding dress? STUNNING!
And check out Kiki’s dog, Satchelle, in his bow tie and top hat for the occasion . . .
After the ceremony, we took a few portraits on the beach at the Hyatt with Lake Tahoe in the background . . .
A few of the details at the wedding reception with the design and coordination from Summit Soiree . . .
I loved listening to the toasts and learning more about how these two met . . .
After the first dances, everyone got on the dance floor with the amazing band, Cover Me Badd. They were awesome – I so badly wanted to dance too!
