Finally on our fourth attempt, I was able to take engagement portraits for Nick and April . . . about a month AFTER their wedding! Everytime we tried to schedule portraits, the weather would be extremely windy or it would rain. This is a first for me, I have never taken ‘engagement’ portraits after someone is already married! So glad we were finally able to make it happen! We took pictures up around Kings Beach in Lake Tahoe since that is where Nick proposed. I don’t usually take pictures in that area, so it was fun to take pictures in a new spot. I really like that location, so I guess I’ll have to start going up there more often!
