Thunderbird Lodge | Lake Tahoe Wedding Photography

I finally got to photograph a wedding at the historic Thunderbird Lodge in Lake Tahoe!  This is the one venue that I have wanted to photograph at since I moved back to Reno two years ago.  The opportunity doesn’t come very often because they only do 5-6 weddings there a year.  It is so rich with history and the grounds are absolutely beautiful.  I could photograph there all day.

Garrison and Carmen had a beautiful, intimate ceremony with just their immediate family one Friday morning.  I loved it.  It is perhaps the most intimate and small ceremony I have ever photographed which I thought made it all the more special.  I’m so honored to have photographed it and can’t wait until their reception next summer!  Below are a handful of my favorite photographs from their ceremony.
