I was so surprised by Elliott when I took his newborn photos. Just one day shy of being two weeks old, he could hold his head up for several seconds at a time. SUPER BABY! I have been photographing newborns for six years and have never seen this before. Once in awhile, a baby will try to hold his head up but is unsuccessful. Maybe he will be playing baseball for Cal like his dad! I wouldn’t be suprised considering the incredible strength he already has!
Elliott was a great little model, he tried really hard not to fall asleep for us at first, but he eventually gave up. This allowed me to get some great shots of him both awake and sleeping peacfully.
